Term & Conditions

1. The membership of the Association shall be opened to all Govt Medical College Teachers of Odisha.
2. Each member of Association shall pay an Life membership as per the time to time decision of the Association.
3. Membership shall be ceased in case any member fails to pay annual subscriptions, as per the decision of the Association.
4. A member of the association shall have the right to participate different activities of the Association.
5. Each member shall also have the right to correspond with Office bearers of the Association at State, district, and local levels.
6. There shall be a meeting of the General Body once in every two years called "Biennial Meeting of the General Body" to transact the buiseness of the Association.
7. The election of the office bearers of the Association will be conducted as per the decision of the General Body.
8. There shall be a General Council consisting of elected representatives of the members in each district.
9. Any member can make voluntary contribution to the Association through online mode and directly to the account of the Association through gate way system.
10. The GC and GB of OMTA can take action against the members who will be involved in non organizational works.
